Access Control System
An access system controls building entry from 6:00 PM-6:00 AM, Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.
An access card is necessary to enter the building during non-business hours. The initial access card supply will be provided to the tenant at no cost. Replacement access cards will be available by entering a work order through the Angus online work order system and are provided at a cost of $20 per card. Please remember to contact Property Management immediately if an access card is lost, stolen or when an employee leaves. To deactivate an access card, please enter a work order online or contact the Property Management Office 503 619 3200.
We recommend that you maintain an active access card list to ensure that all your company access cards are up to date.
Kruse Woods Corporate Park provides courtesy patrols to observe and report any issues.
